programming note
There's a fairly awesome looking documentary on the old television tonight, courtesy of PBS's P.O.V. program.
Speedo: A Demolition Derby Love Story should be great not just on account of the subject matter, but also because Oneida recorded some music for it. They're credited for "additional music", so no idea how much of their stuff made the final cut, but the film looks interesting regardless. It's airing on channel 44 in Boston tonight at ten (which, I believe, is the national debut), and on GPTV in Atlanta on August 28 at midnight. It's currently not on the schedule for Atlanta's other PBS station.
